Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with our company's customers to professionally addressing inquiries, accurately process orders and proactively resolving issues.
You'll be a great fit if you like too:
Interact with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on our products and services.
Process orders for new or additional products or services.
Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Contributes ideas to the continued improvement of customer service To be considered you'll need:
Professional phone etiquette Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer issues.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Good organizational and time management skills Detail oriented.
